This policy describes how TokMaxReview (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use facelesscreatorreview.com (the “Site”). The Site is an independent review site. It is not the TokMax AI product, and it is not JVZoo. If you have a question about this policy, emailcontact@facelesscreatorreview.com.

Who this policy covers

It covers visitors who read the Site and people who email us. It does not cover the checkout you reach after you click a buy button. That page is operated by JVZoo or by the seller. Their privacy policy governs the payment details, account, and order data you submit there.

Information you can use the Site without giving us

You can read every page without creating an account. We do not offer accounts, comments, or a newsletter, and we do not ask you to connect a TikTok account.

Information we receive

If you email contact@facelesscreatorreview.com, we receive the address you wrote from, your message, and any file you attach. People sometimes attach a JVZoo receipt when they ask about a bonus. We use that message to reply and, when the request is about a bonus, to match the receipt to the offer described on our bonus page.

Our hosting provider may keep ordinary technical logs when your browser requests a page. Those logs can include your IP address, the date and time, the page address, and basic browser information. We use them to keep the Site online, to fix errors, and to understand which pages are being requested. We do not sell those logs and we do not build advertising profiles from them.

Affiliate links and JVZoo cookies

Buy buttons on the Site are affiliate links. When you click one, your browser leaves this Site and opens JVZoo, or another seller page, in a new tab. JVZoo may set its own cookies or similar identifiers so it can record that the visit came from TokMaxReview and so it can pay a commission if you buy. That tracking happens on JVZoo’s system. We do not operate it, and we do not receive your card number.

The commission relationship is explained in ourAffiliate Disclosure. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser may stop that tracking. It should not stop you from reading this Site. It may mean a purchase is not credited to us, which can also affect a bonus that depends on a tracked order.

How we use information

We use email to answer you, to deliver a bonus we promised, and to correct a page when you point out a stale price or a broken claim. We use host logs to operate and protect the Site. We do not sell personal information. We do not rent an email list, because we do not keep a marketing list from this Site.

Who we share it with

A company that hosts the Site, or that hosts the inbox for contact@facelesscreatorreview.com, processes information only so it can provide that service. JVZoo and the product seller receive whatever you submit on their own checkout after you click away. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to respond to abuse of the Site or of our inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep an email while we handle your question, bonus request, or correction, and for a short time after in case you follow up. Host logs follow the hosting provider’s rotation. We do not keep them longer than security and operations require.

Children

The Site is written for adults who are considering a software purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has emailed us, write to contact@facelesscreatorreview.com and we will delete that message.

Your choices and requests

You can read the Site without clicking an affiliate button. You can email us to ask what we still have from a message you sent, to correct it, or to ask us to delete the conversation. We will do that unless we have to keep a copy to meet a legal duty or to resolve a dispute you opened with us.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to appeal if we decline a request. Changes

When this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Email and host logs may be processed in the country where our host or email provider operates.
