These terms govern your use of facelesscreatorreview.com (the “Site”), published by TokMaxReview. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Questions can go tocontact@facelesscreatorreview.com.

What this Site is

The Site is an independent review and information site about TokMax AI and similar video tools. It is not the official TokMax AI website. We do not sell the software ourselves, we do not host the app, and we do not provide the seller’s customer support. When you click a buy button, you leave this Site and complete the order on JVZoo or on another checkout the seller controls. The seller’s terms, license, and refund policy govern that purchase. These terms govern only your use of the Site.

Affiliate links

We may earn a commission through JVZoo when you buy through a link on the Site. That relationship is described in the Affiliate Disclosure. A commission does not make you our client, and it does not make us the seller’s agent. The price you pay is the price shown on the seller’s checkout.

No promise of results

Nothing on the Site is a promise of views, followers, sales, commissions, or income. TikTok decides what to distribute. Software features, prices, and refund windows change. Illustrative reviews, when a page labels them that way, are examples. They are not a forecast of your results and they are not a claim that a named person achieved those results. You are responsible for how you use any tool you buy, including compliance with TikTok’s rules and with the advertising laws that apply where you live.

Pages on the Site are opinions and summaries. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Verify every price, feature, and refund term on the checkout page before you pay.

Intellectual property

The text, page structure, and original graphics on the Site belong to TokMaxReview unless a credit says otherwise. Product names and logos of TokMax AI, CapCut, Kling AI, Runway, InVideo, JVZoo, TikTok, and other companies belong to their owners. We use those names so readers can identify the products we discuss. You may link to our pages. You may quote a short passage with a credit and a link. You may not copy a page and republish it as your own review, and you may not frame the Site in a way that suggests you operate it.

Acceptable use

Use the Site for your own information. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for a vulnerability beyond what a normal visitor does, or send unlawful, abusive, or misleading material to our email address. Do not present our pages as an official statement from the makers of TokMax AI.

Third-party sites

Links to JVZoo, the seller, and other tools leave our control the moment you click them. We are not responsible for their content, their uptime, their prices, or their privacy practices. A purchase, a refund request, and a software login are transactions with those companies.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided as-is and as available. We work to keep descriptions current and we still make mistakes. A vendor can change a plan on the day we publish a comparison. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TokMaxReview is not liable for lost profits, lost views, account penalties, data loss, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from a product you buy through a link on the Site. If a court finds us liable for a claim related to the Site, our total liability for that claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Continued use of the Site after that change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Site operator is established, except where a consumer law where you live requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. These terms, the Affiliate Disclosure, and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and TokMaxReview about the Site.
